WOO, NU Beta! On other notes Lucario will be quite fun to use in UU and it's definitely sad to see Quaqsire go. Also Jolteon dropping down is interesting, but I suppose I saw it coming.

Steelgrassify have you used CB Luke yet? Ridiculous wallbreaker, and late game cleaner as well. I find it to be a lot better than SD variants due to 4MSS

Manaphy is down to UU. Wat. It was placed back into BL because that's where it was to begin with.

I've been playing RU a lot recently, and I can say that Jolteon is a phenomenal offensive threat, almost always pulling its weight. Heliolisk is, as expected, arguably the superior pivot due to its typing, ability, and access to the incredibly useful Surf; however, Jolteon's cleaning abilities without extensive support are rivalled only by Speed Boost sweepers, none of which are able to maintain momentum nearly as well as Jolteon, who is still a very respectable momentum gainer in its own right. Even without Surf, HP Water is often sufficient in conjunction with Signal Beam for specific Grass-types; the only common Pokemon able to stop Jolteon from dealing heavy damage and gaining momentum for its team with STAB Volt Switch while also stomaching a possible Life Orb or Choice Specs boosted HP Water is Lanturn. Despite Jolteon's awful bulk, qespecially physically, and a lack of powerful priority to make up for it, I think a combination of Jolteon's pivoting and sweeping capabilities are enough to warrant a placement in A or possibly even A+.

I don't see Jolteon being in RU for long. Nor Lucario or Infernape being in UU.

Jolteon is only RU I think strictly because of usage. I see it getting booted to BL2 soon.

After playing with it for a bit, I found Fletchinder to be pretty viable in UU, but it desperately needs Defog/Spin support. Keeps Infernape, Heracross, MegaZam and Mienshao in check, and it also somewhat counters Volcarona (I'm using the term counter pretty loosely here, otherwise its a really good check to a set up Volcarona)
Here's the set I've been using. Fletchinder Ability: Gale Wings EVs: 104 HP / 252 Atk / 152 Spd Adamant Nature - Acrobatics - Will-O-Wisp - Roost - Swords Dance
