I don't have a Wii U, because there is really isn't much games that appeal to me. Lack of Pokemon is the main reason why I haven't bought one, and the fact that there is going to be a version of Super Smash Bros 4 for the 3DS.

I would buy it only for the next gen of Super Smash Brothers They are also releasing a version for the 3DS, so there isn't a purpose to buy a Wii U if you are already have a 3DS.

I know, but you know the difference between a console and a hand held console. It will have less characters, or stages. Personally I prefer to buy the full game. Like a game with all the DLC's and stuff

Sometimes graphics isn't just all. And @draco wouldn't you rather have a multiplayer game on a console that is more portable?

Both consoles will probably have some multiplayer features using Wi-fi all over the globe, so that is out of the way. I guess what you mean is Streetpass or Infrared but I have no arguments to refute against that. But I think playing with someone on the same couch in the Wii U, is better in my opinion although I dont have facts to back it up.

Even so, using wifi has several lagg. 3DS's wireless connection is really fluent in my opinion, similar to playing on the same console home with shared controllers. And say you are to travel to somewhere on vacations or to school, you can't bring your Wii U to those places yet you can always have your 3ds in the couch and more.

You can't really say one version of SSB is strictly better than the other, so if draco wants to play it on the bigger screen, so be it. I'm personally not getting a Wii U because I am absolutely awful at any game that requires decent reflexes, so getting a Wii U solely for SSB is entirely out of question.

You are right, depending on your internet, you are either good or bad. That's the key to success in Multiplayer. I havent used the 3DS's wireless except in pokemon battles with a friend so I cant give my opinion over it. I have no problem between 3DS or Wii U. Only that I'll be more comfortable playing in a single Tv screen than dual screen for each member. Just think of a battle with 4 friends, it will be like 8 screens for a single match of 5 minutes

Actually, I honestly feel the Wii U's version is going to be better but I really don't feel like spending 300 dollars on a new console if I can play a little crapper version of it on a console I already own.

But at the end if the day, this a thread about the Wii U itself, and not the new SSB

But lets remember that buying a Wii U for a single game is not profitable.
