I think Azumarill is an especially notable candidate because Belly Drum coupled with Aqua Jet could make it a moderately potent sweeper, especially when factoring in its acceptable bulk and typing. Looking at mega evolutions, Mawile and Kangaskhan seem to stand out the most, because of their ability to instantly double the power of their moves from the get-go, unless I'm misunderstanding what parental bond does. Mawile in particular can also take advantage of intimidate before mega-evolving. Also, if my sources are correct, then Kangaskhan has the equivalent of base 169 special attack factoring in parental bond, unless, once again, I'm misunderstanding what parental bond does.

I believe Togekiss will rise back to OU. It lost an immunity to Ghost, but gained much more useful immunity to Dragon, as well as a much better secondary STAB. Based on what we know as of right now, it has a much wider movepool than most of the other other Fairies, as well as having a much better stat distribution than most.
Another Pokemon that I think will rise is Crobat, seeing as its one of the few good Poison types, and can provide a good check for Fairy types, in particular Mega Gardevior, which it can outspeed and possibly OHKO with a CB Cross Poison.

I definitely see Mega Kang. rising to the higher tiers with the parental bond ability. Think of it, Fake out and Focus Punch will be a deadly single battle combo. Azumarill is also something I strongly believe will be more powerful for the reasons about, and what I'd like to see is some Mega-evolutions that won't go Uber.

I think Return would be more powerful than Focus Punch. I'm not sure if Parental Bond allows Kangaskhan to use two separate moves in a single turn or if all of its moves simply hit twice. According to bulbapedia, the second attack is slightly weaker, but I think that still means more than 50%, so although that would render my previous calculation incorrect, I'm sure Kangaskhan would still be fairly powerful. I do not think any of the Mega Pokemon except Kangaskhan, Lucario, Pokemon that are already Uber, and possibly Gengar will actually be Uber, because from what I know, they are unable to hold items other than their respective Mega stones.

You'd be surprise Levi, and sure Return will have 6 more power after STAB, but a fighting type move on it is amazing already. Either way the second attack is slightly weakened, but think of all of the battle combo's you could create with that. What about Scizor too? I think that has potential, with the stat raises but eh, could still be OU.

I figured that even with the bonus stats, both offensive and defensive Swords Dance variants would face the same issues as they did in gen 5, and although baton pass variants would probably become quite a bit more viable, it would hardly warrant a placement in Ubers. Aerodactyl might become somewhat more dangerous with the addition of its Mega evolution, since with Tough Claws it has around as much Attack as a Pokemon with 171 base Attack, or a Pokemon with 120-121 base attack holding a Life Orb. It is also able to outspeed a +1 Gyarados if Aerodactyl has transformed beforehand.

In double or triple battles after mega evolution you can trick or switcheroo something onto the pokemon that mega evolved with something that is good without an item as mega evolving uses up the mega stone so it is no longer holding an item.

To be honest blazape, I don't know about that. I haven't confirmed this yet, but I think that if you traded away a mega stone, the Pokemon would either de-mega evolve or it would just fail. It's kind of like Wonder Guard and Skill Swap, where it's an exception to the move's effect. I think that'd kind of be over powered in some ways if that was possible, so I'm learning toward it failing.

According to Bulbapedia:
"Mega Stones, like Mail, the Griseous Orb when held by Giratina and Plates when held by a Pokémon with Multitype, cannot be taken via Thief and Covet, cause Trick and Switcheroo to fail if used on or by the holder, and cause Fling and Bestow to fail if used by the holder."
I would find it mildly upsetting if Mega Lucario or Pinsir was able to wield a Life Orb.

You guys can't forget about Absol! With Magic Bounce, you can't set send in a defensive wall and status it anymore, you will need to bring in something to revenge kill it. Steelgrassify I don't think Scizor will move up because I feel it is still countered well enough to not need to go to Ubers.

Even that will be quite difficult, considering Absol's ridiculous speed and access to a possibly Swords Dance boosted STAB Sucker Punch for Choice Scarf users.

Maybe this isn't about moving down... but i know it must be posted. As we all know Manaphy is a very weak uber pokemon, which stands where it is only because of weather(Hydratation, rest, Tail glow), and considering the weather nerf i don't see it much of a fearful foe in OU and i really believe manaphy will drop a tier.
We know the weather was a highly abused element of OU, and with how it is now i don't see it as abused as it once was. And i also see several sets loosing great strenghts. Excadrill might still be a very rough foe, but with sandstorm lasting 5 turns, it is like a trick room reuniclus. It will strike fear the turns sandstorm lasts but once it's over it will get easily revenge killed. It might still be a possible sweeper, but not as fearful as it originally was, so i see him dropping a tier too.
Ofcourse the drop in weather also favors several other pokemon, Kingdra who if i recall correctly was UU. I expect it to move a tier up, that is if Swift Swim is un-banned because of the turns it lasts. And Kingdra with a partner of drizzle is in my opinion a higher threat than Excadrill, considering it can set up with Dragon dance giving it a slight speed boost even after rain is gone. So i expect Kingdra to move a tier up.

venusaur will go into ubers won't it? its mega evolution focuses on defense making it a complete tank. combine that with the fact that poison is one of only 2 types that can take on fairy (the other being the more defensively based typing, steel) and you get a BEAST. and i also forgot thick fat which gets rid of 2 of its 4 weaknesses! so a defensive tank that is better than most at attacking that only has 2 weaknesses, that thing is a monster.
