This is my opinion on each of the deaths. (Don't click on the spoiler if you didn't read the book yet.)
First, I am going to start off with Boggs' death. His death was proper and well done, unlike most of the deaths that I am going to speak about below. Katniss sang to him while he was dying, and then he gave her the holo. It is his way of showing Katniss that he have faith in her to get the job done. Now Finnick's death was so stupid. He was started introduced as a jerk victor from District 4, but during the 75th Hunger Games and Mockingjay he been a valid character of the story. I hate it how his death was not that emotion, Katniss didn't really try to save and just told him to eat the Nightlock berry. (Of course, she only told him that because she didn't want him to suffer.) Prim's death was also very stupid, and I felt that Katniss would of been much more emotion at that time. (Katniss was more emotion when Prim was pick to become a tribute than she was when she dyed.) Coin's death was very proper in this book, she was going to be the same as Snow so Katniss had to put her down. Although I really can't stand how Snow died, I think that one of the victors should of just killed him after Coin died. All of the other deaths in Squad 451 really didn't matter like Boggs, and Finnick's deaths so I am going to skip talking about them. Another deaths that been overshadowed by a lot of people was Madge Undersee's. Most people don't understand how important she was to the story. She was the one who gave Katniss the Mockingjay's pin, which was leaded to many future events in the story. Like how Rue told Katniss that she trusted her because of her pin, and how the Mockingjay became the symbol of rebellion. If she didn't give her the Mockingjay, how would things of turned out in the story? I felt that she shouldn't of just died and became a rebel. Also, I couldn't stand how only seven tributes were still alive at the end of Mockingjay and they were all valid characters in the story. I feel that there should of been other victors still alive, although I do understand Lyme dying because she was a rebel commander in District 2 where there is a lot of Peacekeeper living there.
(I am not either going to talk about I truly felt about the ending of the book.)
