*For the Thread Maker*
If you are new to the competitive scene, and you wish to have your team evaluated by someone with much more experience than you, there are a few guidelines you must follow in order to have your team analysed to its fullest.
1. Be sure to use the following template.
It allows you to present your team in an organized way, and makes it easier for trainers to read and analyse.
Pokemon@Item
Trait:
EVs:
Nature:
-Attack 1
-Attack 2
-Attack 3
-Attack 4

2. Make sure your team is complete before making an RMT.
That means you must have all six members of the team planned out and ready. The only exception is if the team is for Random Wi-Fi or VGCs.
3. Let us know what tier the team is for.
For obvious reasons. It also helps the raters give a much more detailed analysis of your team.

Now if you want to give advice, there are also guidelines you must follow. Or else.
1. Don't Troll/Flame anyone.
This is a serious offense, and nobody will overlook it. Useless posts also fall under this category. Things like "Volcarona 6-0s your team" without elaborating on ways to cover that weakness are considered useless comments, and will be deleted.
2. Make sure you have some knowledge in the competitive area before posting.
Self-explanatory. If you don't know the metagame, you really can't provide useful advice to someone who is new to metagame as well.
3. Read the whole post.
You will look like a fool if you criticize the team without actually reading the creator's reasoning behind it.
And that's that. So make sure you follow these guidelines. OR ELSE.
