Do you say gg to people after matches? How do you feel about it?
For me: It's theoretically the "good sport" thing to do, so I tend to do it unless I'm pissed because I lost purely from hax (and always if I know the person beforehand or get to know them during the match). But one thing I hate is when people say gg before the end of the match. Maybe it's just a pet peeve of mine, but it just feels almost like a taunt. I never do that.

THe feeling is mutual soulred, i get slightly annoyed when people say gg before the actual end as well. It just feels as if they think they already won when actually anything can happen(even if it's hax).

I typically find myself saying GG before the game ends while I'm losing. But that's being humble as opposed to the opposite being arrogant. I usually say GG after a battle though.

I do find it rude when somebody says GG before the game ends, just because they thinks they are going to win and just want to leave quickly. Although, it is fun having a last minute sweep and winning after they already said GG.

GG is just like shaking hands after finishing a sport, its a reminder that it's only a game and no hard feelings. I find myself saying it as an admittance of defeat only, I feel if you're saying it to represent you've won when the game's not over yet it's just arrogant.

someone i know had this guy who had maxed out his donphan speed and attack and kept on saying "LOL SWEPT BY A DONPHAN" but the guy i knew killed the donphan and won. then the donphan guy raged and swore a lot and called him a cheater. morale of the story is... arrogance gets you nowhere

It is really funny to get a last minute sweep, and then say something like "HAHA SUCKER!"

I usually say it after a battle. I play chess so If I see it's over (AKA Checkmate) I have as nature to declare it over and let the opponent take some time to realise it's true(without hax, if there is chance of hax I won't say it) So it's like 2-3 turns before it ends. Don't really thinks its as bad compared to people who set up and you still have 4 mons left, those are just idiots who think they're better than anyone lese.

I never said gg when I am about to win, only when I am about to lose and there is no chance at all. However, when I win I say gg when the match ended. I would found annoying when someone says gg when they are about to win (because it never happend to me), I completey change my point of view from rival to douchebag. And I must agree with steelgrassify with the definition of gg: "shaking hands after finishing a sport". Anyway, Aquablast may I ask why do you have my mega evolution badge? No offense whatsover (just in case).

I always say GG no matter what, whether I won or lost, whether the game took 5 minutes or 15. I always make sure to say GG after the final blow, I feel it's rude and condescending to say it before the match is over even if you know you've won. Well... Actually, I say GG if *I* know I'm going to lose.
