I just wanted to give a short summary with each tier. You can just leave the usage statistics to me. I also wanted to make sub-threads for each tier because people might want to comment about a certain tier. So yeah, just leave the usage statistics up to me. No need for you to worry and go though the hassle of doing it.

but its just creating more clutter -.- Plus, if the mod wants to do something over you, it's probably best that the mod does it and not you. If the people want to talk about a certain tier, let them talk it on the general page for all of the statistics, no need to have a thread for every single tier, especially for every month. The only exception that there would need to be a thread for single tier was if we were smogon and we were the ones posting our announcements. But we're not smogon, so that shouldn't be happening.
