Keeping weather up is a real fight in competitive, yet this Tyranitar's job is to keep sandstorm up regardless of oposing weather changers. Tyranitar (M) @ Choice Band Trait: Sand Stream EVs: 252 Atk / 252 SDef. IVs: Atk31,SpAtk31,Def31,SpDef31,Spd0 Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd) - Pursuit - Superpower - Stone edge -Fire Punch/Ice Punch When both pokemon that opose weather the slowest pokemon keeps the weather change. As such we keep this TyT so slow. Max sp def allows us to live any Special attack so we can hit hard, having max atk with choice band is so we can pursuit upon oponent switching. When our oposing weather since both politoed and Ninetales can't live in sandstorm they tend to switch and then we use pursuit gaining 80 power for them switching and in it's most resulting in their death. Ice punch/FIre punch takes care depending on which you choosed of gliscor and scizor respectively. Superpower takes down oposing TyTs while stone edge is our main STAB move. This Tyranitar's goal is to keep weather how he wants it. It's only drawback is when oposing switch to one that resist the move chosed allowing them to set up.

What's the point of the minimum speed? The only reason for that would be to work against Trick Room, but Tyranitar is slow enough to outslow people in Trick Room. The only real user of it in OU that I can think of is Reuniclus who is already slower than Tyranitar at minimum speed.

I actually really like the set! Relying on pursuit isn't the best, but it probably will work 90% of the time severely crippling your opponents weather user! After this stealth rocks/spikes must be a priority for your team so when their weather user switches back in it will go down or at least very low to hazards
