Now you can receive a report with the operators' performance indicators by email. Thanks to this function, it will be convenient for the manager to monitor the operators' work and respond to emerging problems faster. You can connect the sending of reports to email for free here .
What does the report look like?
The report is a table with the main indicators social media marketing service of the operators' work, grouped by channels. The report shows the number of dialogues by status, average response time, average duration and average response speed.

Indicators included in the report:
The number of received dialogues - answered, unanswered, transferred and auto-transferred.
Average response time — the time elapsed between the moment a request is assigned to an operator and the moment they respond. The indicator is calculated for dialogues with the status "answered" and "transferred".
Average conversation duration — the time elapsed from the moment the operator responded to the first message from the visitor in the conversation until the moment the operator closed the conversation (or transferred the conversation to another operator). The indicator is calculated for conversations with the status "answered" and "transferred".
Average response speed — the average response time of an operator to visitors' messages in dialogs. The indicator is calculated for dialogs with the status "answered" and "sent".
The function can be enabled by the Administrator, Manager and Head of Operators. To start receiving reports, you need to activate sending in your Personal Account.
1) Go to the "Settings - Notifications" section, select "Reports to Email", or go to the section using the link :

2) Enable sending reports using the switch:

3) Enter the addresses to which the report should be sent in the field and click the "Add" button or press Enter:

4) Set up the reporting period:
day - the report will contain data for the past 24 hours. The letter will arrive every day, in the first half of the day; the first report will be sent the day after activation;
week - the report will contain data for the past week and will arrive every Monday;
month - the report will contain data for the past month and will arrive on the 1st of each month.
