I have no experience with doubles so of course another place I go to decides to throw a doubles tournament..

Don't take this too harshly, but I really like some doubles here and there. Your team will only need one "follow me" Pokemon. Otherwise I like to change my teams according to the rules in place. If it's VGC tier, then I'll draft a core 4 and 2 support pokemon, but I'm assume this is just smogon doubles. Right off the bat I will say that Swoobat isn't the strongest choice. It's a set-up set you're running, which in doubles is hard to pull off. That's probably why you have the follow me Pokemon right? But most teams I've faced will have some hard-hitting pokemon with heat wave or earthquake that ignore this. I will say that I think togetic with follow me is probably the most acceptable one for this case, since it's ground immunity and typing with it's great sp. def make it a great user. As for Clefable if you still want it around I'd try out Heal Pulse, since it'll allow the survivability of your team to increase. Personally I like focus sash on the weavile your using, since it gives it a free sd and has priority. Otherwise I tihnk it's ok, but you might want to just take sd of sceptile for some move coverage. Take these into consideration if you want to, but it's still your team. Sorry if I was overly critical

SteelgrassifyThanks for your input. I made a few modifications. I removed Swoobat and Persian, gave Heal Pulse to Clefable, sash to Weavile, and added in Meganium and Hydreigon; Clefable @ Leftovers Ability: Magic Guard Happiness: 0 EVs: 252 HP / 144 Def / 112 SpD Bold Nature - Moonlight - Follow Me - Heal Pulse - Dazzling Gleam
Hydreigon @ White Herb Ability: Levitate Shiny: Yes EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe Modest Nature - Tailwind - Heat Wave - Draco Meteor - Dark Pulse
Sceptile @ Sceptilite Ability: Overgrow EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe Bashful Nature - Swords Dance - Leaf Storm - Dual Chop - Rock Slide
Weavile @ Focus Sash Ability: Pressure EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Jolly Nature - Swords Dance - Low Kick - Ice Shard - Night Slash
Togetic @ Eviolite Ability: Serene Grace EVs: 252 HP / 188 Def / 68 SpD Bold Nature - Follow Me - Roost - Dazzling Gleam - Extrasensory
Meganium @ Light Clay Ability: Overgrow EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SpD Calm Nature - Light Screen - Reflect - Heal Pulse - Synthesis
Is this any better? (I kept SD on Sceptile since he's not quite strong enough in the physical department without it)

MUCH better! Seems like a pretty solid team, just watch out for fire types since you have 3 things weak to it (technically not M-Sceptile but it's not going to like a heat wave anyway). Otherwise I'd just test it out in some games and make any changes you deem necessary.
