Okay, first of all I'm still playing through the story, so I'm not playing to any specific tier. Secondly each playthough has it's own limits as to what is currently on my team. Please keep this in mind
Alpha
Badge Count: 6 Time: 12:55 Special Limit: Hoenn Available Only, Must Be Able To Mega Evolve
Swablu Lv. 28 Adamant Take Down, Safe Guard, Disarming Voice, Mist
(New addition, could be temporary)
Gyarados Lv. 41 Quirky Aqua Tail, Surf, Crunch, Ice Fang
Latias Lv. 41 Naughty Recover, Dragon Breath, Mist Ball, Zen Headbutt Latiasite
Manectric Lv. 41 Naïve Discharge, Spark, Thunder Fang, Quick Attack Manectite
Metang Lv. 43 Serious Bullet Punch, Iron Head, Zen Headbutt, Psychic Metagrossite
Blaziken Lv. 44 Timid Flame Charge, Rock Smash, Blaze Kick, Double Kick Blazikenite
So basically no bank, no wonder trade, no PSS. Just what I catch.
Omega
Badge Count: 5 Time: 7:42 Special Limit: None
Latios Lv. 30 Modest Heal Pulse, Dragon Breath, Luster Purge, Psycho Shift Latiosite
Metang Lv. 34 Quiet Confusion, Iron Head, Zen Headbutt, Bullet Punch Metagrossite
Grovyle Lv. 35 Gentle Pursuit, Mega Drain, Absorb, Leaf Blade
Pikachu Lv. 35 Bashful Discharge, Quick Attack, Volt Tackle, Electro Ball
Swampert Lv. 36 Bashful Mud Shot, Rock Slide, Surf, Water Gun
Blaziken Lv. 37 Jolly Double Kick, Blaze Kick, Rock Smash, Flame Charge
As you can see 2/3 of the team has been banked. Which gave me a problem I haven't really had to deal with for a long time. They kept getting to a level I couldn't control due to lack of badges.

So what exactly do you want us to do? This is an in-game team

Yeah, it's in-game. Mostly I posted to show off my Pokémon and to fight Sunday boredom, but you can offer suggestions if you are feeling generous.

why does Swampert has surf and Water gun XD. I'll suggest you make it a physical Swampert. Change surf or water gun for waterfall (when available) also mud shot for earthquake. If there are any move tutors, I recommend ice punch. You could give Latias Surf if you want in exchange for dragon breath (when it's no longer OP)

Speaking of move tutors, what do people think about moves being taught at the cost of BP? I kinda like it, but then again it'll be a tough grind for some...

Water gun is just filler until better moves can be learned. I was intending to forget Mud Shot for Earthquake, but I hadn't even thought of Waterfall and Ice Punch. Thanks.
