Give dat Sabeleye a Lagging tail for god's sake! And as far as Umbreon goes I don't know about have all support, as a lot of things already taunt Umbreon. And I usually find it more helpful to have Substitute on Bisharp, allowing more usuage of SP. Lastly, Choice Specs Recover!?

Bisharp works really well with a Focus Sash. This guarantees that you get at least one Swords Dance in before revenge killing with Sucker Punch. And you don't have to worry about getting one shotted by pretty much any decently powered Fighting move.
You've got a pretty big Fighting weakness. I know Sableye and Yanmega can compensate a bit for that, but keep that in mind.
I'd change at least one of Umbreon's moves to Pursuit. I get that he's supposed to be a Baton Passer, but passing Work Up is really inefficient. With pursuit, you can really mess up Chandelures.
And yeah, what Steelgrass said about the recover. Put Eviolite on Porygon2.

Umm, I wouldn't make one of Umbreon's moves Pursuit...Foul Play is a much better option. Yanmega, I would change U-Turn to either Giga Drain or Protect. Blastoise, change EQ to either Toxic, Foresight, or Ice Beam. Sableye: Iron Ball is better than lagging tail...It makes the opponent slower and susceptible to ground moves. And instead of Dark Pulse, put Night Shade. Bisharp: I would change protect to either Iron Head or Substitute. Porygon: if you want to keep it specs, change Recover to Thunderbolt That is all
