A few observations-
You have three choiced pokemon, and no rapid spinning support. The choice items will force you to make a lot of switches and those hazards will rack up damage. It also degrades versatility because if you mispredict once with one of them then your opponent gets a free turn while you switch. Maybe consider changing another pokemon to life orb, or Latios to expert belt. Or, maybe make Scizor a swords dance variant. Actually, that's another problem you have related to choice items--all of your offense is based around them. You have no boosters that can set up on others. Scizor is a prime opportunity thanks to that brilliant priority and it also helps against dealing with Venusaurs on sun teams (especially if they run HP Ice instead of Fire).
Tornadus might prefer a life orb to boost all of his moves. Also, tailwind has never been my favorite choice since it is so short and protect is so ubiquitous (and it's really only useful on Tornadus's last turn before being KOd). You might consider replacing that move with rain dance to help ensure you win the weather war even if for some reason Politoed is KOd. Also, why does it have 30 atk and def IVs instead of 31?
Other than that, it might just be that you need to play with the team more to get a feel for how to win with it. It's not all that bad, honestly. Can you explain what it is that you find happening in the matches that you lose? That might help raters focus in on specific issues.
