Hey guys, I am gonna be in a UU Tourney and I want to make sure my team is flawless (ok maybe not flawless but you know what I mean). Here it is guys
Aerodactyl @ Focus Sash
Trait: Rock Head
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
This Aerodactyl is pretty much my Sacrifice guarrenteed Stealth Rock lead. I also use to shut down other walls and defensive Pokemon by using Taunt. EQ and Stone Edge are pretty much just filler moves and so I can maybe get some damage off on some of the walls.
Darmanitan @ Choice Band
Trait: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Flare Blitz
- U-turn
- Superpower
This guy is pretty simple...I either U-Turn, since this thing forces a ton switches. Or I go for Flare Blitz or another attacking move to get an automatic kill on something that comes in or already in. Lastly, I have the HP investment to take a few more hits and give me a better chance to survive recoil.
Kingdra @ Choice Specs
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Dragon Pulse
This is my revenge killer...I have D-Pulse and Draco because I use one of them for the appropriate time. I have Hydro because it is a powerful STAB and Ice Beam for power and coverage.
Raikou @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Extrasensory
This is also a revenge killer as well as my Scarfer. I use it to outspeed most of the UU meta-game. I have Volt Switch to switch out predicting opponent switches...And use T-Bolt for power. I use HP Ice for Ground types...Extrasensory is expendable. I am thinking about changing it to Aura Sphere to not get walled by Steel types.
Mienshao @ Life Orb
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Jolly Nature
- Fake Out
- Hi Jump Kick
- Stone Edge
- U-turn
I use this as my Fake Out, U-Turner. I use it for some quick and fast damage.
Xatu @ Leftovers
Trait: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 Def
Calm Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Thunder Wave
- Night Shade
Xatu is here because I don't want hazards of my side of the field. T-Wave to slow down Fast attackers. Wish so I can give my teammates some free switch ins. And Night Shade for damage. Protect to get my Wish and to scout.
Team Evaluation: One good thing about this team is I could lead with almost anyone I want to (barring maybe Kingdra). It is very hyper offensive as well as a Volt-Turn core in Raikou, Darmanitan and Mienshao . I don't really want hazards because my team has several frail Pokemon. I want my team to be at as much HP as possible when they come in...So they can dish out damage...Maybe take a hit...And serve some more out.
Please leave feedback on what I should change to this team...Should I change the move sets? Take out a Pokemon completely? Leave a comment below
